who voted tadić ? Nobody ? well i suspect serbian middle class voted for him, mostly working class people fall for the stupid nationalist propaganda of the other party. Some people just want to live their lives, don't want any stupid warmongers, want to catch up with europe. People also could vote for tadić just to keep the radicals safely away. (lack of other alternatives)

Comparing Serbia to Russia in terms of democracy isn't a very good idea.
